The PSR allows vulnerable customers to receive extra support from their energy supplier or network operator for free, and to receive essential benefits that will make the management of their energy supply easier.
As part of our initiative we looking to assess the presence or severity of condensation, damp, or mould growth in UK properties. For all the relevant responders, a new Damp and Mould booklet will be sent to their email when available from April 2024 onwards.
